Returns and Exchanges
Shopping with Nutrimetics is risk free
We are sure you will love your Nutrimetics products. But if for any reason you’re not happy, simply return your order, along with proof of purchase, for 100% refund of the purchase price. Or alternatively, you can exchange it for something else, if you prefer. Unfortunately we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges on Clearance items.

Your Consultant will be happy to assist you with your return and do everything they can to make it fast and easy. If you are unable to contact your Consultant, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team and we’ll take it from there.
What if I’ve opened and used some product?
We want you to be happy with your purchases, that’s why we give you a full 60 days to see results. We will often accept returns for products that have been sampled. Talk to your Consultant directly and she can explain in more detail.
If you are a Consultant returning an order:
- All Product Returns and Exchanges must comply with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
- All products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Please ensure you include a Tracking Number on the Return or Exchange form as Nutrimetics will not take responsibility for orders or items not received.
- We cannot accept returns on Clearance items, literature or sales aids.
- No Hostess Rewards or Product Rebate items are able to be exchanged or refunded.
- For reasons of hygiene, Nutrimetics does not offer exchange or credit on Jewellery.
- Please refer to the back of the Return or Exchange Request Form for full details of the Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit Card Refunds can only be paid to the Credit Card that was used on the original order/ Tax Invoice that was placed directly with Nutrimetics.

To ensure prompt processing of your return please complete the New Zealand Return or Exchange Request Form in full including Consultant number, tax invoice number and stock numbers. Please include your contact details.

Do you test your products on animals?
‘No animal testing’ has been part of our brand DNA for over 50 years. We are also proud to say we are Peta approved. For more info, please see our about us page.
Are your products vegan?
Most Nutrimetics products are vegan friendly. Out of 200+ we currently have 18 products that contain sustainably sourced Beeswax, Milk or Honey. If you are vegan, we think you’ll love our new vegan sister brand, IRYNA. Learn more here.
Are your products safe to use in pregnancy?
Yes, all Nutrimetics formulas are safe to use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, always check with your doctor or midwife before beginning any new skin care routine.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
We comply with the highest quality and safety standards and our products are always dermatologically tested and Ophthalmologically tested.
Which safety certifications do you hold?
- We are certified Cruelty Free with Peta.
- We are certified by the APC sustainable packaging initiative.
- Our products are manufactured in ISO certified manufacturing facilities that follow the best manufacturing practices.
Is Nutrimetics suitable for my skin type?

Do your products contain harmful chemicals?
We believe nature has the answer to healthy skin. Our ingredients are carefully sourced, dermatologically trialed, clinically tested and naturally enriched. See our NO list here.
Where are your product made?
All of our skincare is designed in Australia and made in New Zealand. Some of our colour cosmetics are manufactured overseas to keep pricing competitive. Learn more about our values here.
I’d like to try Nutrimetics products. Do you send out samples?
We don’t currently have sample sizes. However, you can try out all products firsthand by booking a Nutrimetics treatment or beauty get-together. Click here to learn more.
How long will my products last?
All products have an expiration date after opening, meaning you’ve got a period of time to use them up. Look out for the PAO symbol on the packaging. It looks like this.
How can I recycle my empty packaging?
Nutrimetics is committed to sustainability of packaging and a member of Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO). We are constantly working on improving our products and packaging – and almost 90% of Nutrimetics packaging is recyclable. Any glass and cardboard packaging in tubes, jars, bottles and boxes is suitable for recycling. Always make sure you wash out any old product and remove labels before recycling.
Can I find out if you’ll be getting more stock of an item which is sold out?
Email our Customer Support Team email@example.com. They will be able to let you know when to expect the item to be back in stock.
