Shopping with a Consultant
When you shop with Nutrimetics online, you will automatically be connected with an online Consultant at the checkout. Once you have placed your order, they will be in touch via email to answer any questions you might have. Just add your products to the cart and we’ll connect you.
How do I find my local online Consultant?
When entering your delivery information at the checkout, you will automatically be assigned a Consultant in your neighbourhood, based on your postcode. You can also click the ‘find a Consultant’ tab. It’s in the top left hand corner of our online store.
Already know a Consultant?
At the checkout, under your delivery info, select ‘YES I have a Consultant.’ Then you can start typing their name or contact details in the search tab. Select their name and finish placing your order. They’ll be in touch directly to confirm your order. You can also click the ‘find a Consultant’ tab. It’s in the top left hand corner of our online store.

Does Nutrimetics ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Do I get personal delivery through the Consultant I’ve placed an ordered with?
Yes, many of our Consultants offer this personal touch. Contact them directly to hear more about this option. You can also contact your Consultant, at any time, with questions about your order.
I’ve placed my order. When will my products be shipped?
If your order is placed prior to 12 noon Monday-Friday, it will generally be dispatched the same day and will be with you within 7 working days. If your order is placed after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. This applies for both Australia and New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is provided to your Nutrimetics Consultant directly for all orders. Contact them directly to find out when your products will arrive, or if you have any questions about your delivery.
How do I contact my Consultant?
Check your email inbox. The contact details will be on your order invoice.
My package has arrived and it’s not what I ordered. What should I do?
Call or message the Consultant that you purchased with directly. If you can’t find their contact, details, get in touch with our Customer Support Team.
I’ve realised that I’ve put in the wrong delivery address, can it be amended?
Call or email our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to re-direct your delivery. Keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order. Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
Credit card. We accept card payments via Visa and Mastercard.
